On-snow review

Among the shortest skis in the group and equipped with a relatively short radius, they are also fairly supple. They produced mixed feelings among our testers. Some found them extremely enjoyable, while others had reservations. Comments included: “Beautiful, smooth skis. Extremely easy to master. They demand no strength at all. Dynamic yet composed. They hold the chosen arc with confidence. Changing rhythm is no problem – simply apply more pressure. Recommended as a first pair of GS skis and as an all-day ski.” Another tester wrote: “Not especially demanding GS skis. I would recommend them to skiers beginning to explore race-style skiing. The radius is short in relation to the length, so they can handle both short and long turns. Quite versatile skis.” We also heard: “A very pleasant, positive surprise. Slightly too nervous, with a little tip chatter. Apart from that, they are very precise, quick and dynamic.” There were dissenting views too: “Remarkable consumer skis. Incredibly forgiving of both mistakes and changing snow conditions. They do, however, lack stability in longer arcs and wander noticeably.” Another tester wrote: “They demand concentration. You need to stay alert from the very beginning and wait a moment for the turn to initiate. Nervous through the arc. When changing rhythm, you have to pressure them firmly to generate energy.”

Tester’s take
“Supple and easy consumer GS skis. Pleasant to ski. Their flexibility makes them effective through GS gates. A good choice for beginning GS skiers as their first long pair of skis.”
